Work-family conflict is a prevalent issue in today's society, as individuals strive to balance their work and family responsibilities. Work-family conflict can lead to many negative consequences for individuals experiencing this conflict as well as for organizations. This meta-analysis aims to examine the extent and nature of work-family conflict conducted in Turkey. By using psychometric meta-analysis method, a comprehensive set of studies conducted in Turkey to determine the prevalence and factors associated with work-family conflict was analyzed. The findings are presented in the context of the general dimension of work-family conflict as a whole, as well as its sub-dimensions- work-to-family conflict and family-to-work conflict- alongside individual and organizational variables whose relationships have been identified in the literature. The results obtained mostly coincide with the findings in international and national literature. In this context, the findings revealed that work-family conflict is indeed a significant study topic in Turkey, with substantial implications for employee well-being and overall quality of life. In addition, the implications of the findings are discussed, and suggestions are made for future studies.
