Öz
The inner intuition that forms the basis of art is thought to interact with many environmental stimuli in today's world. This situation brings with it certain limitations. Digital transformation and integrating the artificial intelligence-based virtual world, which is rapidly becoming widespread in the modern world, into every aspect of our daily lives further deepen these limitations. While the weakening of the natural connection between body and mind leads to a decrease in individuals' physical and sensory awareness, this rupture also manifests itself in the creative processes of art. In this context, reconnecting to one's body through somatic experiences offers an important opportunity to overcome these limitations caused by the digital world. The people of the contemporary world are struggling with complex problems created by concepts such as bodily detachment and distancing from the truth. This situation causes bodily and sensory disconnections to become inevitable in art. Somatic experiencing offers an alternative for individuals receiving art education that focuses on recognizing body movements and developing bodily perception. This approach not only increases the body awareness of individuals but also strengthens their sense of creation and positively supports creative artworks. Focusing on such interdisciplinary approaches in visual arts education can be important for creative artistic expression by developing our vital skills in today's modern digital world.
In this context, the study aims to examine the content and techniques of somatic experiencing and to have the determined study group perform a three-stage somatic application study within the scope of artistic expression. The study believes that expressive art education practices centered on somatic experiences for art education students will lead to a positive development in individuals and make positive interdisciplinary contributions in the field of art and psychology.

Öz
Sanatın temelini oluşturan içsel sezgilerin, günümüz dünyasında birçok çevresel uyaran ile etkileşim içinde olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu durum, beraberinde belirli sınırlılıkları getirmektedir. Dijital dönüşüm ve modern dünyada hızla yaygınlaşan yapay zekâ temelli sanal dünyanın günlük hayatımızın her alanına entegre olması, bu sınırlılıkları daha da derinleştirmektedir. Beden ve zihin arasındaki doğal bağın zayıflaması, bireylerin fiziksel ve duyusal farkındalıklarının azalmasına yol açarken, bu kopuş sanatın yaratıcı süreçlerinde de kendini göstermektedir. Bu bağlamda, bireyin somatik deneyimler yoluyla bedenine yeniden bağlanması, dijital dünyanın neden olduğu bu sınırlamaların aşılmasında önemli bir fırsat sunmaktadır. Çağdaş dünya insanı, bedensel kopuşlar ve hakikatten uzaklaşma gibi kavramların yarattığı karmaşık sorunlarla mücadele etmektedir. Bu durum, sanat alanında da bedensel ve duyumsal kopuklukların kaçınılmaz hale gelmesine neden olmaktadır. Somatik deneyimleme, sanat eğitimi alan bireyler için beden hareketlerini fark etme ve bedensel algıyı geliştirme odaklı bir alternatif sunar. Bu yaklaşım, bireylerin yalnızca beden farkındalığını artırmakla kalmaz, aynı zamanda yaratım duygularını güçlendirerek yaratıcı sanat çalışmalarını olumlu yönde destekler. Görsel sanatlar eğitiminde disiplinler arası bu tür yaklaşımlara yoğunlaşmak, günümüzün modern dijital dünyasında hayati becerilerimizi geliştirerek yaratıcı sanatsal dışavurum açısından önemli olabilir.
Bu kapsamda, çalışmanın amacı somatik deneyimlemenin içeriği ve tekniklerini inceleyerek belirlenen çalışma grubuna sanatsal dışavurum kapsamında üç aşamalı bir somatik uygulama çalışması yaptırmaktır. Çalışma, sanat eğitimi alan öğrencilere yönelik somatik deneyimleme merkezli dışavurumcu sanat eğitimi uygulamalarının, bireylerde pozitif bir gelişmeye yol açarak sanat ve psikoloji alanında disiplinler arası olumlu katkılar sağlayacağını düşünmektedir.
