Öz
Örgütsel öğrenme yeteneğinin çalışanların iş tatminine etkisini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen bu araştırma, Karabük ilinde demir çelik alanında faaliyet gösteren iki farklı işletme çalışanlarıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çerçevede, çalışanların örgütsel öğrenme düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla “Öğrenen Örgütlerin Boyutları Ölçeğinden” ve iş tatmin düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla da “İş Tatmini Ölçeğinden” yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, sürekli öğrenmenin ve destekleyici liderliğin iş tatmin düzeyini artırdığı belirlenmiştir.

Öz
This research, which was conducted to examine the effect of organizational learning ability on employees' job satisfaction, was conducted with employees of two different enterprises operating in the iron and steel industry in Karabük province, Turkiye. In this context, the "Dimensions of Learning Organizations Scale" was used to determine the organizational learning level of employees, and the "Job Satisfaction Scale" was used to determine their job satisfaction levels at their employment places. As a result of this research, it was determined that continuous learning and supportive leadership increase the level of job satisfaction.
