ERYNGIUM BILLARDERI DELAR. EKSTRELERİNİN TOPLAM FENOLİK VE FLAVONOİT MADDE KOMPOZİSYONLARININ VE ANTİOKSİDAN ETKİLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Öz
Bu çalışma kapsamında Apiaceae familyasına dahil
Eryngium billardieri Delar. 'ın toprak üstü kısımlarından hazırlanan %70 metanol ekstresinin ve bu ekstreden elde edilen fraksiyonların İnce Tabaka Kromatografisi (İTK) ile analizleri, saponin teşhis reaksiyonları ile saponin içerikleri, DPPH● ve ABTS●+radikallerini süpürücü aktiviteleri, Folin- Ciocalteu yöntemi ile toplam fenolik, AlCl3 kolorimetrik
yöntemi ile toplam flavonoit madde miktarı incelenmiştir. Metanol ekstresinden elde edilen butanol fraksiyonunun steroidal ve triterpenik saponin içerdiği aydınlatılırken, etil asetat fraksiyonunun toplam flavonoit
ve fenol bakımından zengin olduğu ve antiradikal aktivite deneylerinde de güçlü etki gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.

In this study, we investigated the composition of the
extract prepared from aerial parts of Eryngium billardieri Delar. (Apiaceae family) with 70% methanol and
fractions of this extract with TLC analysis, saponin composition with saponin tests, DPPH● and ABTS●+ radical- scavenging activity, the total phenolic content with AlCl3 colorimetric assay and the total flavonoid content with
Folin−Ciocalteu assay. The butanol fraction of methanol
extract characterized by the presence of steroidal and
triterpenic saponins, ethyl acetate fraction exhibited the
highest antiradical activity which was found rich in flavonoids and phenolics.
