Öz
Üçüncü molar dişlerin distalinde yer alan süpernumerer
dişler distomolar diş olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Mandibular distomolar dişler oldukça nadir olarak görülmektedir. Bu vaka raporunda 28 yaşındaki bayan
hastada görülen horizontal gömülü distomolar dişin tanı
ve tedavisi yer almaktadır.

Supernumarary teeth that located distal to third molars are called distomolar teeth. Mandibular distomolars are rarely seen compared to supernumerary teeth.
Here, we present diagnosis and treatment of a 28 year
old female patient having a horizontally impacted distomolar tooth.
