This study examines the effects of starting a vehicle with a turbo-direct gaso-line injector (T-GDI) engine with liquid LPG on engine torque and exhaust emis-sions (CO, CO2, HC, and O2). Vehicle experiments were conducted on a chassis dynamometer. For this purpose, the vehicle was operated with pure gasoline and liquid LPG at engine speeds of 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, and 4500 rpm, and the change of all values of each fuel is recorded. The results showed an increase in engine’s torque and engine power, along with liquid LPG. Besides, CO, HC, and O2 emissions decreased, while CO2 emissions increased.
