Ranking of Ski Resort Hotels in Turkey with Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods

Öz

This study aims to evaluate ski resort hotels in Turkey using multi-criteria decision making methods. Within the scope of the analysis, hotels with a score of 9 and above, with at least 100 reviews, offering all-inclusive or full board options on etstur.com website were analyzed. Data were collected between 03.11.2024-05.11.2024 through the web scraping program. Criteria such as recommendation, price-performance, room, service and food scores were taken into consideration in the evaluation of the hotels. In the analysis process, AHP and ENTROPI methods were used to determine the criteria weights and then TOPSIS method was used to rank the hotels. As a result of the analysis, the best hotel according to both methods was determined as Kaya Uludağ Hotel. This study provides an objective method for evaluating ski resort hotels in terms of user satisfaction and service quality and provides information that can guide tourists' accommodation preferences.

Türkiye'deki Kayak Merkezi Otellerinin Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemleriyle Sıralanması

Öz

Bu çalışma, Türkiye’deki kayak merkezi otellerinin çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri kullanılarak değerlendirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Analiz kapsamında, etstur.com internet sitesi üzerinden 9 ve üzeri puanlanmış, en az 100 yoruma sahip, her şey dahil veya tam pansiyon seçenekleri sunan oteller incelenmiştir. Veriler, 03.11.2024-05.11.2024 tarihleri arasında web kazıma programı aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Otellerin değerlendirilmesinde tavsiye edilme, fiyat-performans, oda, hizmet ve yemek puanları gibi kriterler dikkate alınmıştır. Analiz sürecinde, kriter ağırlıklarının belirlenmesi için AHP ve ENTROPI yöntemleri kullanılmış; ardından TOPSIS yöntemi ile oteller sıralanmıştır. Yapılan analizlerin sonucunda, her iki yönteme göre de en iyi otel Kaya Uludağ oteli olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma, kayak merkezi otellerinin kullanıcı memnuniyeti ve hizmet kalitesi açısından değerlendirilmesinde nesnel bir yöntem sunmakta olup, turistlerin konaklama tercihlerine yön verebilecek bilgiler sağlamaktadır.
