Torasik Ekspansiyon ve Göğüs Kafesi Genişlemesine Yönelik Farklı Mobilizasyon Tekniklerinin Anlık Etkisinin Karşılaştırılmasına DairPilot Çalışma

Öz

Öz Amaç:Bu çalışma iki farklı mobilizasyon tekniğinin torakal kifoz, torakal hareket açıklığı ve göğüs kafesi ekspansiyonuna anlık etkisini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirildi.Gereç ve Yöntem:Çalışmaya gönüllü 20 asemptomatik birey katıldı. Randomizasyonla belirlenen 9 kişi deney grubunda, 11 kişi ise kontrol grubunda yer aldı. Deney grubuna torasik aksesuar ve fizyolojik mobilizasyon tekniği, kontrol grubuna ise self torasik mobilizasyon tekniği uygulandı. Katılımcıların torakal kifoz ve torakal hareket açıklığı fotogrametre yöntemiyle belirlendi. Torakal ekspansiyonları ise 5. ve 10. torakal vertebra seviyelerinden yapılan göğüs duvarı çevre ölçümüyle belirlendi. Ölçümler uygulama öncesi uygulama sonrası ve uygulamadan 1 saat sonra tekrarlandı. Bulgular:Kifoz (F (2, 0,43) =10,40, p> 0,05), torakal hareket açıklığı (F (2, 8,74) =1,06, p> 0,05) ve göğüs ekspansiyonu (F (2, 10,33) =0,59, p> 0,05)uygulama öncesi uygulama sonrası ve uygulamadan bir saat sonra yapılan ölçümler arasında fark bulunamadı.Sonuç:Tek seans uygulanan torasik aksesuar ve fizyolojik mobilizasyon tekniği veya self torasik mobilizasyon tekniği kifoz açısı, torakal fleksiyon ekstansiyon hareket açıklığı ve göğüs kafesi ekspansiyonu üzerine etkili olmamaktadır.Anahtar kelimeler: EklemMobilizasyonu, Torakal Hareket Açıklığı, Torakal Kifoz, Göğüs Kafesi Ekspansiyonu

Öz

Bu çalışma iki farklı mobilizasyon tekniğinin torakal kifoz, torakal hareket açıklığı ve göğüs kafesi ekspansiyonuna anlık etkisini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirildi.
