1993 yılında Bitlis’de doğan Mert Baran Tunçel; ilk, orta ve lise eğitimini bu ilde tamamladıktan sonra 2011 yılında Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi  Muhasebe ve Finansman Bölümü’nü kazandı ve 2015 yılında buradan mezun oldu. 2018 yılında aynı üniversitenin Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Muhasebe ve Finansman Anabilim Dalından yüksek lisans derecesi aldı ve 2019'da  Isparta Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Muhasebe ve Finansman Bilim Dalı’nda doktora programına başladı. Mart 2019’da Şırnak Üniversitesi’ne Öğretim Görevlisi olarak atandı. Aralık 2022'de doktora eğitimini tamamlayarak Finans alanında "Doktor Unvanı" aldı.  2020-2023 yıllarında Şırnak Meslek Yüksekokulu Müdür Yardımcılığı görevi yaptı. Ayrıca 2020 yılında Muhasebe ve Vergi Bölümüne bölüm başkanı olarak atandı. Halen bu bölümdeki görevine devam etmektedir. Finans alanında bir çok makale ve bildirisi bulunmaktadır.

Mert Baran Tunçel, born in Bitlis in 1993; After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in this province, he studied at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University in 2011 he was accepted to the Department of Accounting and Finance and graduated from there in 2015. In 2018, he received his master's degree from the Accounting and Finance Department of the Social Sciences Institute of the same university, and in 2019 he started his doctorate program at Isparta Süleyman Demirel University, Social Sciences Institute, Accounting and Finance Department. He was appointed as a lecturer at Sirnak University in March 2019. He completed his doctoral education in December 2022 and received the "Doctor Title" in the field of Finance. He served as Deputy Director of Sirnak Vocational School between 2020-2023. He was also appointed as department head of the Accounting and Tax Department in 2020. He still continues his duty in this department. He has many articles and papers in the field of finance.

He is a distinguished researcher and won the top 1% award list for Highly Cited Researcher in Cross-Field - 2023 by Web of Science. He is an adjunct professor at the Department of Economics at Korea University. He has over 50 publications in highly reputed SSCI and SCI journals and has a good reputation.

Bartosz Jóźwik, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of International Economics at the Institute of Economics and Finance at The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Poland. Earlier, he held academic positions at various institutions, including at the Nanovic Institute for European Studies at the University of Notre Dame in the USA and at the Faculty of Economics at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. His research interests focus on issues surrounding European economic integration, growth and economic development in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, and environmental economics. He is the author of dozens of scientific publications published in recognized journals and publishing houses. He has collaborated with many scientific centers around the world. Among them are: University of Vienna, University of Cambridge, National University of Laos, and IBS Hyderabad ICFAI University in India.
