Love is a multifaceted phenomenon shaped by the interaction of psychological, biological and social factors. Its complex and multidimensional structure tells us that it is a reality constructed by social institutions, values and norms beyond individual and emotional experiences through interaction with social, cultural and historical dynamics. The construction of this reality is closely related to individual expressions at the micro level. Personality traits, as a stable but changing and developing structure of characteristics that shape human behavior, significantly affect attitudes towards love, romantic commitment and trust. This study examines the relationship between the personality traits of women, to whom emotionality is attributed more in terms of gender and biological factors, and their attitudes towards love. The research mainly focuses on the relationships between women's attitudes towards love in terms of personality traits and demographic characteristics. The research was conducted with 520 women over the age of 20 living in Konya. In order to obtain the data in the research, the "Big Five - 50 Personality Test" and the "Attitudes Towards Love Scale" and the "Personal Information Form" containing demographic information questions were used and the data obtained from here were subjected to statistical tests. The relationships between the sub-dimensions of the scales reveal that women's personality traits and demographic characteristics affect their attitudes towards love. The study findings showed that there were consistent relationships between personality traits and attitudes towards love.
