WEB OF SCIENCE VERİ TABANINDAKİ GIDA NEOFOBİSİ İLE İLGİLİ MAKALELERİN BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ

Öz

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, bir bireyin yeni veya alışılmadık yiyecekleri deneyimlememe veya bunlardan korktuğu davranışsal durumunu ifade eden gıda neofobisi ile ilgili makalelerin bibliyometrik analizini yapmaktır. Bu çalışmada, nicel araştırma yöntemlerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan tarama modeli seçilmiştir. Çalışmanın verileri, Web of Science'ın tüm alanlarında "gıda neofobisi" anahtar kelimesi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler VOSviewer ve Bibliometrix paket programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve görsel ağ haritaları oluşturulmuştur. Belirli kısıtları karşılayan toplam 565 makale çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, gıda neofobisinin araştırmacıların dikkatini çektiğini ve son yıllarda konuyla ilgili yayın sayısında önemli bir artış olduğunu göstermiştir. 2082 yazar tarafından yazılan 565 makalenin yıllık büyüme oranı %19,98 ve makale başına ortalama atıf sayısı 27,97'dir. Yazarların kullandığı 1496 anahtar kelime arasında "gıda neofobisi", "çocuklar", "neofobi" ve "seçici yeme" sıklıkla tekrarlandı. 64 ülkeden ve 795 kurumdan yazarların makaleleri yüksek etkili dergilerde yayınlandı. Monica Laureati'nin 24 makale ile lider yazar olduğu, onu 22 makale ile Elena Pagliarini, 15 makale ile Cristina Proserpio, 11 makale ile Jérémie Lafraire ve Stephen Spinelli'nin takip ettiği belirlendi. En çok atıf alan makale 501 atıfla 2015 yılında Wim Verbeke tarafından kaleme alınan bir çalışmaydı. Araştırmacıların %83,7'sinin yalnızca bir yayın yaptığı bulundu. Lotka yasasına göre ilgili alandaki literatür yetersiz ve daha fazla geliştirmeye ihtiyaç duyulduğunu gösteriyor.
