• If you decide to upload a Word file, your name as the person who made the corrections should not appear in the Word file.

• To hide the username in a Word file, follow these steps:

1. In Word > File > Options > General tab:
2. Change the “Username” section to Referee 1, Reviewer 1, Anonymous, etc.
3. Later, comments and follow-up changes will appear with this name.
