Call for Papers
Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Halal Food R&D Center has started to publish a scientific/academic journal called “Journal of Halal and Ethical Research” published in Turkish and English. Journal of Halal and Ethical Research is a scientific peer-reviewed journal and is published twice a year, in June and December. The first issue of the journal was published electronically in June 2019.
Our journal is within the scope of Halal and Ethical research;

• Healthy and Halal Nutrition,
• Halal Food and Alternative Additives,
• Ethical Problems in the Food Industry,
• Imitation / Adulteration Detection and Method Development,

Tourism-Hospitality, Gastronomy etc. fields/topics;
• Original research,
• Research Methods,
• Report,
• Compilation,
• Technical Report,
• Other (Note to the editor, etc.)
