Some Singularities and Developable Surfaces in Galilean 3-Space

Abstract

In this work we investigate singularities for the three types of developable surfaces, introduced by Izumiya and Takeuchi, in Galilean-3 space. Moreover we search the
necessary conditions of being a geodesic for principal direction curves of the rectifying developable surface.
