Erhan Aydin is a Senior Lecturer at Liverpool Business School, Liverpool John Moores University, and an Affiliate Research Fellow at IPAG Business School Paris (France). He obtained his PhD from Brunel Business School, Brunel University London, and holds an MSc from Dokuz Eylul University, Turkey. Additionally, he served as a Recognized Visiting Researcher at Said Business School, University of Oxford, from October 2016 to April 2017. His research focuses on key areas, including diversity, equality, and inclusion in organizations, HRM, e-HRM, and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Aydin has held prestigious editorial roles, including Editor-in-Chief of the Gender Issues Journal, Regional Editor of the Journal of Organizational Change Management, and Associate Editor of Management Decision. His research has graced the pages of respected publications, including Sage and Edward Elgar, and has been featured in eminent journals such as the Human Resource Management Journal, the Journal of Organizational Change Management, and the Journal of Enterprise Information Management. Furthermore, his recent work on Digital Leadership received the Outstanding Paper Award from Management Research Review as part of the Emerald Literati Award.
Dr Musarrat Shaheen, a certified HR analytics and an empathetic teacher, is an Associate Professor, Mentor and Coach of Positive Psychology and Business Management from India. She has more than 14 years of industry and academia experience. Her dissertation is in the area of Positive Psychology at the workplace. Her core areas of research are Psychological Capital, Work Engagement, Patient Delight, and Organizational Compassion. She was a chair holder of Chair Professor Dr Arnold Bakker, professor of organisational and work psychology at Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands.
She has edited a book on Qualitative Research Methods, published by IGI Global, USA. One of her authored chapter on Sampling Design in Qualitative Methods is among the most read and cited chapters of the book. She has published more than 20 research papers and she was conferred with the “Outstanding Young Woman Management Researcher Award”, at IIM Kozhikode, by All Indian Management Scholars (AIMS) International. She is also a recipient of "best paper awards" at the management conferences hosted by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, Pondicherry University, Management Development of India (MDI), Murshidabad, and Rajagiri Institute of Management, Kochi. Her research paper on "Healthcare Employees' PsyCap and Patient Delight" was published in one of the 'best issue' of Advances in Developing Human Resources (ADHR), SAGE Journals.
She is also a mentor of change of NITI, Aayog and had mentored students on Digital Skills. One of the projects developed under her, during the Tinkerprenuer summer bootcamp under the Atal Innovation Mission of NITI Aayog, was considered among the Top 100 Digital Projects of India.
